After flashing

Connect to the hotspot — the device broadcasts YouTubeCounter-Setup. Join it from your phone or laptop.

Open the config page — a browser page opens automatically, or go to 192.168.4.1. Tap Scan for networks and pick your Wi-Fi.

Enter your YouTube details — paste your Channel ID and API key, then hit Save & connect.

Done — the matrix scrolls your local IP on boot. Visit that IP any time to reconfigure or push new firmware wirelessly.
